The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) is an independent agency in the executive branch of the
Federal Government. The RRB's primary function is to administer comprehensive
retirement-survivor and unemployment-sickness benefit programs for the nation's railroad
workers and their families, under the Railroad Retirement and Railroad Unemployment
Insurance Acts. In connection with the retirement program, the RRB has administrative
responsibilities under the Social Security Act for certain benefit payments and
railroad worker's Medicare coverage.
In October 2007, DWLOGIC (MyIdea, LLC) was engaged in an indirect
contract with RRB Agence in which it was responsible for:
Integrating and mapping of 40 RRS data sources into
new optimized 3NF database. The data sources contain 250 source tables with 7000 columns.
Modeling the logical and physical RRB Optimized Database models.

In June 2006, DWLOGIC (MyIdea, LLC) was engaged in an indirect
(through Northrop Grumman Corporation)
contract with CMS Agence in which it was responsible for:
Defining the development standards for the BDM CMS project.
Writing the architecture guidelines for the project.
Improving and optimizing the performance of data dissemination
off line processes.
Tuning the Oracle stored procedures used by Informatica ETL processes.
Defining guidelines and rules for developing ETL mapping
to improve performance.
Creating dimensional models for existing databases.

From August 2001 until April 2002, DWLOGIC (Eran Cypris) was employed by
Science Application International Corporation (SAIC),
While in SAIC DWLOGIC was assigned to work on HRSA project.
During that time DWLOGIC accomplished the following:
Identified the data sources for inclusion in the Data Warehouse
and Led the effort to document all requirements and data sources.
Compared and evaluated: different OLAP tools
(Brio, Business Objects, Microstrategy and Cognos), Different Relational Database Management Systems -
RDBMS (MS Sql Server and Oracle), .
Compared and evaluated Microsoft DTS 2000 and Informatica Power Mart 4.5.
Created the naming convention for the Data Warehouse.
Designed a dimensioned data structures (Star Schema)
for the Data Warehouse using ERWIN 4.0 and forwarded it into SQL Server 2000
